Sebastien Beauchamp

Purpose driven Life Sciences and Corporate Affairs Executive with cross-disciplinary expertise spanning the entire healthcare value chain, from the Biopharmaceuticals, Medtech and Diagnostics sectors. Since 2020, Sebastien serve as Vice-President, Government Relations at Dynacare. Over the years, Sebastien has developed a recognized expertise in corporate strategy, governance, and business transformation through various strategic roles in sales, marketing, market access, government affairs, strategic procurement, and health policy.

Through his tenure in various Fortune 500 companies, he developed a proven track record of working in concert with policy makers to introduce policies and measures in support of innovative health technologies adoption, all while keeping a uniform and patient-centered approach.

Sebastien is a guest lecturer for the HBA/MBA program at the Ivey Business School at Western University and at the McGill University Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship. He served as a Board member with HealthPRO, BioCanRx, Genome Quebec and the Bioscience Association of Manitoba. He also serves as an advisor for Health Tech startups, including Reveal Life Science. He was a select member to the 2015 edition of the prestigious Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference, acting as co-chair.

Sebastien holds a baccalaureate degree in Science (B.Sc.) from the Université du Québec à Montréal, an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Université ParisDauphine and a Master of Laws (LL.M) specialized in Innovation and Technology, from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He completed the Rotman School of Management Directors Education Program to subsequently received the designation of Corporate Director (ICD.D).
