Dr. Nizar Mahomed is an orthopaedic surgeon, Full Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Toronto, and Chief Executive Officer of Arthur Health, a Canadian healthcare technology company focused on transforming musculoskeletal, occupational health, and injury care through data-driven care coordination and digital innovation. Dr. Mahomed has spent his career at the intersection of clinical practice, academic medicine, health services research, and healthcare transformation. Arthur Health works with healthcare providers, employers, insurers, and public sector organizations to build connected care networks that improve patient outcomes, accelerate recovery, reduce disability, and lower healthcare costs.
