Angelita Graham

Angelita is a Partner at Marsh (Mercer) and manages their Toronto Office, where she leads more than 500 colleagues as they help organizations build brighter futures for their employees. She is also a member of the Marsh (Mercer) Canada Executive Leadership Team. Since joining Marsh (Mercer) in 2013, Angelita has held various leadership roles within the business, including as the national Wealth growth leader.

As an actuary, she brings risk, consulting and advisory experience honed over 25 years of collaborating with
C-suite executives, board members and other stakeholders, to achieve long-term plan sustainability and better financial outcomes for their employees.

In addition, Angelita is active in the industry and is a long-time volunteer with the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (CIA). She is the Immediate Past President of the CIA and sits on the ROM Board of Governors and is the vice-chair of its Audit & Finance Committee. She also previously served as a member of the Chamber of Commerce Women Advocacy Council and is one of the Executive Sponsor of Marsh Canada Inclusion Council.

Angelita has an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in actuarial science from City University, UK and a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of the West Indies.

She is a Fellow of both the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries.
