Dymon Charles

Dymon is a Manager on a Pricing team at Canada Life, where she helps evaluate and design sustainable insurance solutions that support better financial outcomes for customers. Since joining Canada Life in 2020, after graduating from the University of Waterloo, she has gained experience across multiple areas of the business, developing a broad perspective on the role of insurance.

Dymon is a Fellow of both the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (CIA). She has also taught a fourth-year Actuarial Practice course at Western University and is actively involved in mentoring, recruiting, and employee engagement initiatives at Canada Life.

Outside of work, she is passionate about fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
