She is a results-driven executive with Strong leadership and communications skills and a remarkable track record of success in the insurance and financial industry. Prior to joining Accenture, Josée was Senior Vice-President, Group and Business Insurance for the largest financial cooperative in North America where she lead transformational changes. With this background she is best suited to understand first-hand Accenture’s Insurance clients’ needs to transform their organization and be future ready for their own clients. Driving strategic initiatives focused on customer centricity and improved performance is at the core of her expertise. Leading large teams ( 1500 + employees ) across all sectors of the insurance business; Business Development, Disability Operations, Health and Dental Operations, Call Centers, Actuarial, Underwriting, Finance, Marketing, Product Development and Business Transformation, makes her an asset to our insurance clients as they are moving into their own journeys.
